Dr. Patricia N. Muendo holds a Ph.D. in Aquaculture from Wageningen University (Netherlands), Masters in Hydrobiology from the University of Nairobi, and a Bachelor of Science (Botany/Zoology) also from the University of Nairobi. She has served in various managerial positions. She has over 15 years of experience in aquatic science/aquaculture education and research (nutrient dynamics, ecology & aquatic production systems). She has collaborated in and won various grants in aquaculture research and development projects where she has been responsible for project coordination and administration. The enormous output of the research done by Dr. Muendo has been presented in various conferences and workshops and also published in a host of peer-reviewed journals.
